Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. Refunds are issued on every product of JuiceLee or FrezFruity that is found defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt by the customer. Customer must mandatorily provide evidence of non-tampering with a package of the product upon receipt. If there are damages noticed upon receipt, the customer is requested to make videographic proof of the damage during transit and avoid any conflict that may arise due to unethical tampering of product.

1.2. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date or within 80% of the shelf life of the product whichever is earlier.

1.3. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

1.4. Perishable items such as fresh fruit juices are exempted from being returned.

2. Refund Process

2.1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at customercare@tropiblendz.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

2.2. Upon approval of your refund request, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

2.3. Please include the original receipt and a completed return form with your returned product.

2.4. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Condition of Products

3.1. Returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.

3.2. Products showing signs of use or damage not caused by TropiBlendz will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Restocking Fees

4.1. A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from your refund amount.

4.2. Restocking fees do not apply to products returned due to damage, defect, or error on our part.

5. Exclusions

5.1. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as fresh fruit juices.

5.2. Gift cards are non-refundable.

6. Refund Method

6.1. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

6.2. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the refund amount.

7. Timeframe for Refunds

7.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

7.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

8. Partial Refunds

8.1. Partial refunds are not available for products.

9. Non-Returnable Items

9.1. Items that cannot be returned include perishable goods, gift cards, and items marked as final sale – JuiceLee’s Fresh Fruit Juice range.

9.2. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
